There are three bedroom suites at the house: one, upstairs on the Master Floor and two, on the lower level with a second living room.

The Master Floor is often rented as a Honeymoon suite, as it is luxurious and very private. The Master Bath features an oversized glass shower with ‘rain style’ shower head, a steam/dry sauna, double copper sinks and an alcove for the oversized double slipper hammered copper tub.
People have asked whether others will be ‘in residence’, if they only rent the house as a one or two bedroom property.
Let me be clear: This is a beautifully outfitted house and NOT an AirBNB affair. If you rent only one bedroom? The rate is less and one floor will lock off. If you rent two bedrooms? The rate is more and a different floor locks off. If you rent the whole house? You have total access to all three floors. And regardless of whether you are a one bedroom or a three bedroom rental client, you have access to the professionally maintained hot tub and the main living level with wet bar, dining/living rooms, guest lav, slate tiled mud room and fabulous kitchen with Miele and Bosch appliances – double electric wall ovens and magnificent Miele hood over the cooktop.
